Regardless of your athletic experience or current fitness level, you will have the opportunity to start participating in our classes on day one at Compass CrossFit. Our coaches will assess you before and during the general warm-up and possibly encourage you to scale down or modify to meet your individual needs. We will help you focus on proper mechanics, consistency, intensity and meeting the designed stimulus in workouts.
The CrossFit program is designed to be inclusive; it offers universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We might modify load, distance or movement, but we don’t have to change the program itself.

You’ll be walked through our guest signup process, you can pick any of our available class times for your first class and show up. Our friendly trainers will work with you to ensure you get the most out of every class.
