There will be NO AM classes on Friday the 17th, or Saturday the 18th.
Some of your coaches and fellow athletes will be competing in the 24 hr Ragnar Trail Relay Hill Country Run over the weekend in Comfort TX. Needless to say that will keep us away from the box.
Coaches Mike & Alex will be running the box tonight and Friday, but Mike will be helping Judge at the 21-15-9 Hopper Tournament put on by CrossFit Lubbock this Saturday @ 9:00am. Hopefully you’ll be able to attend that and see a fun competition.
For our Paleo Challenge Athletes, if you were counting on Saturday to be part of your required wods or for extra points: You must attend the 21-15-9 Hopper Tournament and take a selfie with Coach Mike Matsik (when he’s not busy judging) and post it to instagram with #CompassCrossFit or text it to me @(806)928-9026.
