30 sec. Handstand Hold
5 Strict Pull-ups
*20 Burpee penalty if time cap is exceeded.
Weighted Pull-ups ( 5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5 reps)
1.5 pood Kettlebell swing, 15 reps
95 pound Power clean, 15 reps
15 Box jumps, 24″ box
