May Warm-up (No Measure)

25 Squats
15 Sit-ups
25 ft Samson Stretch (walking)
15 Push-ups
25 ft Handstand walk
~10 Burpee penalty if time cap is exceeded.~
Metcon (Time)
30-25-20-15 reps for time of:
Pull-ups
Push Press
Men: 95 lb.
Women: 65 lb.

Use these high rep sets to progress your skill level at these two elements with a variation of scales that will still allow you to keep moving and complete the metcon in under 20 minutes.
