April Warm-up (No Measure)
25 ft Handstand walk
10 Strict pull-ups
25 ft Walking lunge
10 Push-ups
25 Jumping jacks
10 Sit-ups
(Scaling IS available.)
~10 Burpee penalty if 4 minute time cap is exceeded.~
Metcon (8 Rounds for time)
8 Rounds, each for time of:
200m Sprint
8 Handstand Push-ups
*Rest 2 minutes between rounds
*Each round is performed as a sprint. Hit the 200m as fast as you can and then suffer through the hspu’s.
