EMOM, 10 minutes:
Odd: 1x clean & jerk
Even: Max rep Chin up
*add weight to clean & jerk every round, working up to a heavy single.
*if you can get over 10 reps of chin ups add weight.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5x power cleans, 155/105-lb.
5x burpees over bar
*cleans must be touch and go.
