Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
20x reps Minimum to proceed to next AMRAP, or Event must be repeated.
2 Minute AMRAP:
Wall Ball Shots (20 / 14 lbs)
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)
Two person teams complete as many rounds as possible of the complex.
-Alternate teammate back and forth each round and choose a weight appropriate for both athletes. Rx weight is (135/95) or higher- RX+ is encouraged.
