Push Press (8×10 (8 sets of ten unbroken reps))
*Add weight with every set as long as possible.
*Rest 1-2 minutes between sets.
*20 minute time cap.
Clean (Every 30 sec. for 10 minutes)
Choose a weight that your form is good at but is still heavy enough to be challenging. Squat you must.
