In front of a running clock:
Death by – Air Squats
Starting with minute one, perform one squat then rest, two squats on the second minute… adding a rep for every additional minute.
Continue until you can get the required reps done within a single minute.
*Your score is the number or rounds you did complete the work in a minute or less.
