With a partner, 3 rounds:
60 Hang power cleans, 95/65-lbs
40 Wall-ball-sit-ups, 20/14-lbs
20 HSPU (hands on 25lb. plates)
100 yard carry, 135-lbs
If the weight touches the ground during the cleans before all 60 reps are complete, partners will stop to perform 30 unison clapping burpees.
