With a partner, for time:
50 Air squats (each)
30 Alt. arm DB snatches, 50/35-lbs.
10 Alt. Power cleans, 155/105-lbs.
5 Tire Flips (together)
10 Alt. Squat clean thrusters, 155/105-lbs.
30 Toes-to-bars – with partner hang.
50 Double-unders (each)
Only one person works at a time.
If a partner is not required for a movement, they MUST be in a handstand hold. IE; Squats, snatches, & DUs.
