Hey Athletes!
I need to bring it to your attention that there will be no class this Saturday morning, as we will be in Amarillo to support the Compass CrossFit athletes competing in Ravage CrossFit‘s “Get Ravaged Pre-Open Completion“. Events kick off at approximately 8:00am (More Details in link).
The Get Ravaged Pre-Open Competition is this Saturday from 8am-4pm. They have 72 Athletes competing. There will be individual as well as team competitors. They will have venders such as Teleo, CompleteNutrition Amarillo, Shakeology, Amarillo South Chiropractic and many more sponsors. Come out to watch some great Athletes and enjoy some exciting competition.
