25 Jumping jacks
10 Sit-ups
(Scaling IS available.)
~10 Burpee penalty if 4 minute time cap is exceeded.~
Deadlift (10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)
Shoulder Press (1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10)

Ideally, each set will be as heavy as possible, but newer athletes should start light and slowly add weight as they become comfortable.
