Pull-ups
Burpees
Wall-Balls
Box Sprints
Cash out = 5 Wall Assaults
Power Clean (Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes)
You choose the weight. It should be challenging. You can also feel free to change the weight as desired. Post loads. Scale as needed.
