It’s nice to see hard work paying off!
In 2014, Randi Martin (Everyone’s favorite trainer) placed 10th in Lubbock’s Fittest Ladies participating in The CrossFit Games Open. A Proud placing, but she wanted more. So she worked hard all year long and it is showing!
The 2015 Open has seen Randi climb to 8th place in the leader board this year!
She will continue to work as hard as she can to see what next year holds in store for her!
Michael Matsik had recently been hit by a car and couldn’t even compete in the 2014 Open but he worked like a machine all year and even had knee surgery just a month before the Open!
Mike placed 2nd in the Lubbock Men’s Masters (40-44).
These are just a couple examples of what hard work can do at Compass CrossFit, too many athletes to mention made huge progress over the year and during the open.
We WILL all continue to hit it hard for the next 11 months and see what happens when the Open comes around again in 2016!
