8 Abmat Sit-ups
One partner will perform the EMOM while the other holds a weighted plank (45/25-lb.), trading positions every minute.
TOP 3: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
10 minutes of:
20 Air Squats
10 Burpee Pull-overs
One partner must hold a plate overhead (45/25-lb.) for the other to perform the work, trading on the minute, for total burpee pull-overs)
Scoring: RX= 1 point, Scale= 1/2 point
WINER: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Combine Qualifier event ROUNDS with the burpee pull-over REPS from the Top 3 event for the final standings.
