10 minutes to warm-up on your own.
Prt1: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
10 minute AMRAP of:
12 Ground to OH, 95/65-lb.
1 Rope climb, 15-ft.
One partner works at a time, round must be completed before trading.
Prt2: Metcon (Weight)
Team Clean Total:
Each partner gets 7 attempts, only 3 will be counted towards team total. Cleans may be power or squat. Women’s scores will be multiplied by 1.3 for comparison.
