Mobility Warm-up (No Measure)

Sumo Deadlift (5-5-5-5-5 reps)
Bench Press (5-5-5-5-5 reps)
This is a ”heavy day”. All sets for all athletes should be done at a weight that is challenging.
Keep the focus on excellent mechanics while working with a weight where the final two or three reps of each set feels heavy.
