2. Overhead Squat
3. Heaving Snatch Balance
4. Snatch Balance without a dip
5. Snatch Balance with a dip
WOD: Metcon (Time)
10 rounds for time:
10-1 OH Squats (95/65 lbs)
15 HR Push-ups every round
