ATTENTION: Time is running out to sign up for the “Bohlken” community WOD if you want a T-shirt! All forms and $ must be submitted BEFORE this Friday! Sign ups are at the box, entry is $25 and this includes an event T-Shirt! The WOD will be held at LCU; Saturday July 19th at 10am . if you can’t be there or don’t want to workout you can still sign-up to get you shirt with your $25 entry or you can just donate money to the jar at the box labeled #SendRichardToCarson. or do both!
Remember this event is to support fellow CrossFitter and a Lubbock Local on his expensive trip to the games!
